Yumeiho® encompasses a complete therapeutic system. With this massage, we support life processes and restore the body’s static balance. The massage itself originates from the Shaolin Valley and has a nearly 30-year history in Hungary.
Unlike traditional massages, this is a deep connective tissue massage that may involve joint manipulation.
It is performed on a tatami mat on the floor, with the patient wearing thin, loose cotton clothing. The therapist uses their body weight, coordinated movements, and massage elements to positively impact musculoskeletal complaints.
The massage can only be authentically learned from instructors and examiners appointed by the Hungarian Yumeiho® Association.
Therapists take a rigorous examination, for which the certificate is issued in Japan.
I hold a valid end-mark usage permit and a 3rd Dan Japanese diploma.

The frequency of treatments varies individually and depends on the patient’s condition, goals, and treatment plan. Generally, 1-3 sessions per week are needed to achieve optimal results.

You can use our services without a medical referral; however, in certain cases, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting the treatment.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement, and also bring all relevant medical documentation that could help in creating the treatment plan.
As part of the treatment plan, we conduct regular evaluations to help track progress and adjust the therapy if necessary. Additionally, the improvement and satisfaction reported by patients are important feedback for us.
